Doctor Patient Mukola is a general practitioner in the Democratic Republic of Congo. A few months ago, he discovered and assiduously followed the 5/5 Training program created by Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque. Thanks to this, he has considerably deepened his knowledge of cardiopediatrics.
A few weeks later, he received a cyanotic, tired little girl and was able to put into practice what he had learned. He immediately diagnosed her heart condition, Tetralogy of Fallot. Thanks to his training, he was able to prescribe the right treatment and now regularly monitors the 5-year-old girl, who no longer feels unwell and can now wait calmly for her transfer to France for surgery.
Dr. Mukola is also aptly named Patient, as he works closely with this child's family, taking the time to explain every stage of the treatment of her heart disease.
