Gala du Cœur: 21 children will be saved thanks to this event charity evening
For its 3rd edition, the Gala du Cœur has once again kept its promises. Organized with the support of our partner Hewlett Packard Enterprise, this exceptional charity event will soon allow us to finance the operation of 21 children with heart disease.
On Wednesday November 30, 22 Hewlett Packard Enterprise corporate partners and their guests took part in the Gala du Cœur in aid of children with heart disease. We had arranged to meet them for a magical evening in the magnificent setting of the Pavillon Dauphine in Paris.
On arrival, they were welcomed with a cocktail served under the sumptuous winter glass roof, before attending a private concert by Natalie Dessay. The soprano was accompanied on piano by Philippe Cassard, and the duo transported guests into their classical world.
An exceptional dinner was served by our partner, the Saint Clair caterer, accompanied by Maison Lanson, who generously offered a tasting of Champagne Black label Brut. Guests then listened to testimonials from Michaël Guillaume and Jean-Marc and Valérie Patouret, host families at our Strasbourg branch.
The evening ended on a high note with a speech by Alain Melon, Chairman and CEO of HPE France, who presented Professor Francine Leca, President of Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque, with a cheque for €252,000.
This magnificent sum will enable us to bring 21 children from around the world suffering from heart defects to France, where they will be operated on and given a new lease of life.
For these 21 children whose lives are about to change, we'd like to extend our warmest thanks to Hewlett Packard Enterprise and all the sponsors and technical partners who have made it all possible.
