Bienvenue à bord Violette !
Plus jeune skipper à avoir pris le départ du Vendée Globe, Violette Dorange a illuminé la dernière édition du Vendée Globe par son énergie communicative et a prouvé qu’elle était une étoile montante de la course au large.
En 2025, Sam et Violette navigueront ensemble sur Initiatives-Cœur, partageant leur passion de la compétition et leur engagement au profit de Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque pour sauver des enfants.
On les retrouvera sur la Transat Café l’Or en octobre, au départ du Havre.

For the duration of the race, the public is invited to subscribe to, comment on or share the content of Initiatives-Cœur's Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts. For each of these actions, the boat's sponsors will donate €1 to the association.

Naylah guide Sam du haut de la grande voile
Naylah is a little girl from the Democratic Republic of Congo who we operated on in 2018 and again in 2021 to repair her heart. During her last visit, she had the chance to meet Sam before she set off on the Transat Jacques Vabre 2021. A beautiful complicity was then born between the little girl and the sailor, who was keen for her to become the face of her new boat: "When I'm alone at sea, Naylah's gaze is a great source of motivation."
This portrait, painted by navigator and artist Titouan Lamazou, now accompanies Sam during his races.
