The 4th edition of the Gala du Coeur is organized with the support of our patron Hewlett Packard Enterprise and with the participation of pianist-composer Jean-François ZYGEL. The 3 previous editions have helped finance heart surgery for 85 children. This year, we're aiming to reach the milestone of 100 children saved!

With him, everything becomes music! Pianist and composer, Jean-François Zygel is a virtuoso of improvisation, the art of invention and instantaneousness.
His various projects, combining composition, improvisation and repertoire, have led him to share the stage with artists from all horizons.

The famous pianist-composer's improvisations will take us from Bach to jazz and from Mozart to French chanson, always with the same playful virtuosity and the same joy of sharing music. An exceptional musical moment for an unforgettable Gala du Coeur.

Behind the splendid façades designed by Hardouin-Mansart and the luminous salons of theHôtel d'Evreux have retained their sumptuous parquet floors, moldings, crystal chandeliers and gilded mirrors.

Overlooking Place Vendôme or the Cour d'Honneur, the building also conceals the astonishing Salle des Tirages, with its large glass spheres used to determine the winners of an ancestor of the lottery.

" Remember dear Patrons,

In 2019 we were gathered at the Grand Hotel for the first Gala du Cœur organised by HPE. At the end of the evening you gave me a cheque: 43 children were going to be saved thanks to you: it was magic!

Let's not talk about 2020... yes, we can! ...just to remind ourselves that there is still nearly one in a hundred children around the world who are born with a heart defect and that without surgical repair they will live very badly or die...

2021: We're off again. But without you we won't get far. We need you. Come and join us on the Place de la Concorde at the Automobile Club. Ironically and generously, "exceptional women" will be there to welcome you in this place traditionally "reserved for men".

Samantha Davies, the skipper with great courage and a big heart, Julie and Camille Berthollet, the young and talented violinists.

We look forward to seeing you on 14 December for a festive, cheerful, warm, qualitative and very useful evening!

Mécénat is 25 years old. Let's plan to bring in and operate on 25 children... or more if we can!

85 children operated on thanks to the last editions

AN INCREDIBLE SOLIDARITY MOVEMENT

In December 2021, the second edition of the Gala du Cœur was held in the magnificent library of the Automobile Club de France. The evening ended with the presentation of a cheque for €252,000 to Professor Francine Leca.

This tremendous surge of generosity comes on top of an exceptional first edition that took place in 2019 at the Intercontinental Paris Le Grand. In total and thanks to all the sponsors, 64 children with heart defects were operated on.
