The Steps of the Heart
Les Foulées du Cœur is a charity sports event organized to benefit the Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque association.
The program includes a 5K run, a 10K run, and a family walk open to everyone, all taking place in a friendly setting along the canal in Fillé-sur-Sarthe.
Every registration helps fund surgeries for children with heart defects.
How does this event support the association?
A portion of the proceeds from the Foulées du Coeur event will be donated to the Mécénat chirurgie Cardiaque association. The association will also be supported through an online fundraising campaign that allows participants, partners, and supporters to make additional donations.
Finally, the event also serves an educational and awareness-raising purpose through a partnership with the Ecole Saint Charles in Fillé-sur-Sarthe. The activities surrounding the project will allow students to learn about the association’s work and share this information with others to raise awareness among a wider audience.
