An exceptional opening night!

On Tuesday, October 27, 2026, the Salon du Chocolat & de la Pâtisserie will kick off its new edition with an opening night featuring an exceptional musical performance!
Come discover this immersive theatrical experience blending chocolate, fashion, singing, dancing, and technology—in which a child who recently underwent surgery through the association will have the chance to participate by taking the stage during one of the scenes.

This year, the Musical Show takes on a rock and burlesque vibe for an original production created in collaboration with AICOM, France’s first school dedicated to the performing arts.

For more than ten years, the Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie has been supporting the “ Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque ” by donating a portion of the proceeds from the opening night to the association to help children with heart defects receive surgery. This year, we hope to help a tenth child receive treatment.
