Since 2003, Le Tour de France has been supporting Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque by allowing it to conduct fundraising activities during the stages. In 20 years, more than 358 interventions for children have been financed thanks to the partner! In 2023, many fundraising actions are planned: L'Étape du Tour, l'Étape du Cœur with personalities, the Caravane Solidaire, Les Sommets du Cœur E.LECLERC...
Throughout the Tour de France and the Tour de France Femme with Zwift, Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque is organizing a solidarity tombola 100% in aid of children with heart disease.

Thanks to everyone's participation, the Association hopes to finance the operation of 4 children awaiting heart surgery. We need your help to make this birthday a great celebration for children with heart disease!
On Sunday July 9, more than 280 Coureurs du Coeur proudly donned their Association jerseys and set off on their bikes for the Tour de France stage from Annemasse to Morzine.
After raising a minimum of 800 euros each to obtain their solidarity bibs and covering 157 kms, they can be proud of having met an exceptional sporting challenge and a concrete solidarity challenge: to offer 14 children with heart disease the surgery that will save their lives. Many thanks to all!
Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque will be present in the caravan of the Tour de France Femme with Zwift!
We propose to the stage towns to carry the colours of their town and of generosity by offering visibility on our caravan at the start/finish and on the first/last 50 km of the stage and to put forward the young people around the values of solidarity during an official cheque handover with the Municipal Youth Council, an elected representative and the Association.
If each city donates 2,000 euros, two children with heart problems can be operated on!

Sportsmen and women, TV presenters, journalists, Koh-Lanta adventurers... On July 7, our ambassadors proudly wore the Association's colors during a special "Étape du Cœur" as we celebrate our 20th anniversary on the Tour de France.
By pedaling 42km of the 7th Stage between Cadillac-sur-Garonne and Bordeaux, the celebrities helped the Association shine in the media. We'd like to thank them all for giving up their time to help children with heart problems, and all in a great atmosphere!
Since 2019, E.LECLERC has been committed to the Association during the Tour de France through the animation Les Sommets du Cœur which offers a fun and friendly moment to the public while raising awareness of the action of Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque. This year, the event has been revamped and offers a real funfair attraction for the whole family.
The spirit of collective effort still prevails as participants pedal together to raise a gauge and can boost their progress by trying to catch a pompom: the association's emblematic teddy bear.
At the end of the Tour de France, all the efforts made are translated into a donation by E.LECLERC to support the cause of Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque.
Residents DOMITYS residents mobilized to help us save 21 children from heart attacks during the Tour de France!
For the 3rd edition of the "10 Bornes DOMITYS" challenge, they cycled a few kilometers of the Tour route. For some of them, who hadn't cycled for several years, the challenge was considerable, but they all encouraged each other to cross the finish line and unlock the most beautiful of rewards: a donation of €24,000 from DOMITYS to finance surgery for 2 children.
On Sunday September 17, we invited all our host families in the Paris region to join us for a not-to-be-missed back-to-school event: the Fête des Familles!
Every year since 2003, Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque has taken to the road in the Tour de France to conduct various fundraising operations to finance heart surgery for children around the world. This year, our goal was to raise enough money to give 16 children the heart surgery that will change their lives and it was a success thanks to everyone's support, THANK YOU!
Since 2003, Le Tour de France has been supporting Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque by enabling us to carry out numerous fund-raising actions that have financed the operation of more than 300 children in 17 years.
21 stages are all good reasons to save children... That's why we have launched the challenge to collect the sum needed to operate on 21 children with a heart condition through La Grande Collecte du Tour de France!
