AN EXCEPTIONAL EVENING 100% FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN WITH A HEART CONDITION!

Organised in collaboration with the Association Réjane & Madeleinethe Bihotza Gala ("heart" in Basque) offered a festive and gourmet evening on Thursday 7 October, facing the ocean.

Thanks to the many patrons, mobilized suppliers, partners and volunteers, more than €45,000 was raised, a sum that enabled the operation of 3 children with heart defects!

ABOUT REJANE & MADELEINE

« Réjane & Madeleine » is an association founded in 2018 in Biarritz by Anne-Sophie Dubecq. Two first names, her mother and her grandmother, two women of heart, generous and devoted, simple and authentic, who have crossed life as a business creator for one and a teacher for the other. Two lives turned towards others, helping young and old alike. A life of self-giving that made them flourish. Anne-Sophie Dubecq thus takes up the torch by supporting, through her association, causes that she feels are just and particularly close to her heart.

I am very happy that our first charity event will be for the benefit of children with heart disease and Professor Leca, whom we particularly admire. Join us for this magical evening in front of the ocean!

Fostering a child is a big adjustment for our volunteer foster families. They all agree that children bring a lot to them, more than they bring to the children. This is the case of Nadège and her children Camille (19 years old), Alice (16 years old) and Maria (9 years old), who received little Moïse in their home for 2 months. At the age of 5, this little Burkinabé was for them a beautiful example of courage and wisdom.

At the beginning of 2021, Clémence, Arnaud and their three children - Mathilde, Louis and Amaia - embarked on the great adventure of welcoming a child with a heart condition. But even if it means taking in a little heart, why not finance his operation as well? That's how they opened a fundraising page with the aim of raising €12,000.
