As a company, your donations are deductible. 60% of the amount of the donation is deductible from your corporate tax up to a limit of 5% (5 per thousand) of your annual turnover excluding tax (any excess can be carried forward for 5 years). You now benefit from a new ceiling of €20,000. The ceiling of 5‰ of the turnover remains applicable if it is more advantageous.
