Kamer is a 20 year old Nigerian boy. He was only 2 years old when he was operated on for the Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaquefirst time with Open Septum Lung Atresia. This very complex heart disease requires several interventions over the course of a lifetime. This is why he returned in 2006 and again in 2018 to complete the first surgical procedure. Now cured, the young man confides about his journey, his memories, his first host family and his plans for the future.
